Since its opening in 1996, Shaw Café & Wine Bar has retained its original flare of a European café and its cuisine has continued to improve to satisfy the constant demands of our local and international guests.

Chef de Cuisine Dominic Giroux was born, raised and educated in the province of Quebec and his love of cooking began when he was 15 years old.

Dominic showcases his exceptional talents as he presents a menu with a selection of classical café dishes as well as adding bistro style courses to complement the 'café experience.' He focuses on working with local growers to ensure the freshest produce year round offering diners at Shaw Café & Wine Bar a variety of delicious menu paired with carefully selected Niagara reserved wine.

Dominic is excited to share his culinary experiences with both locals and visitors in the beautiful Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
