Since its opening in 1996, Shaw Café & Wine Bar has retained its original flare of a European café and its cuisine has continued to improve to satisfy the constant demands of our local and international guests.
Chef de Cuisine, Andy Hall's love of food and cooking led him to diverse culinary programs at George Brown College, and the Niagara Region. He went on to work in France and Ireland enhancing his gastronomical knowledge. In 2005, after 15 years of culinary experience he joined Shaw Café & Wine Bar.
Andy displays his exceptional talents as he presents a menu with a selection of classical café dishes as well as adding bistro style courses to compliment the 'café experience'. He focuses on working with local growers to offer diners at Shaw Café & Wine Bar fresh produce ranging from sandwiches, homemade burgers to cold poached salmon, Triple A 10 oz. Prime Rib and Stuffed Pork Loin.
